We’re having an unexpected issue with our email servers and exceptions in syncing. This started last Friday and we had hoped would be repaired by Monday, but so far 2 techs remotely and 1 on site have not been able to fix the problem. It seems there was a forced update which caused the exceptions. We are hoping that on-site assistance tonight will get us back on track.
We have delivery and pour photos for several clients and apologize for not being able to send the information out right away. We are working to get this situation resolved, and we will send out any photos, tracking numbers, and order confirmations ASAP. Thanks for your understanding and patience.
